Hopefully I'm not too late… I'm experimenting with using DXO to reduce the amount of noise on these, but for the moment, this set I'm still processing like usual in Lightroom2. Ok stop the car! I've got to take a photo now!things happen. So, this panorama was shot from 40.770942,-122.313741, I climbed up to the top of that hill with all my camera gear in hand. This pannorama is part of a whole HDR sequence of the sun rising. This set of photos was the second to last one I shot, the sun had crossed the horizon at this time. (Oh, and also this time I only used photos of the same exposure, so as not to confuse the stitching software.)
tristissima's birthday last month, so we celebrated it last Friday. There was a full moon that night, and so of course I had to try to get it into every single shot. (That was on purpose.) If you're wondering, it's mostly f/1.4 for 1/50sec at ISO6400.
