(UPDATE: This poll is in no way scientific, and I had to write it before my laptop battery died, so I may have spent, at most, five minutes thinking about it. And 1:=not offensive, 10:=very offensive.)

Y'know, I would have used a slider or other ranged scale where 1 = "gender matches body" and x = "gender and body are opposite", and then a second scale to describe what gender one's body presents (with the center being androgynous or mixed).
