Registration

I went to Center Camp (it's unobstructed line-of-sight from my tent) but I couldn't find any registry. I'm at the corner of 6:30 and Coral Reefer - The Temple of All Gods, in the Silicon Burner Village. There's a big green tower with a gold circuit board patter all over it. I have blue hair, and no shirt.
