While I was taking a shower earlier, I suddenly realized something. When I'm being lazy, I will edit the executable binary (.text segment) of a program directly with a hex editor, because for me, this is faster than editing, and recompiling the program from source code.

Did I just get a +4 to my C0DE'ing skill points? Am I a Level 19 Chaotic Good Hacker now? When I can write out a program in raw binary, without looking up the opcodes, will that mean I'm at Level 20? (Or do I have to be able to break 1024 bit encryption in my head?)

(Makes me wonder what else is on my character sheet.)
