Faerieworlds 2008 These photos are basically as-is from the camera (aside from a NEF to JPG conversion). I haven't had time to do my regular white-balance and exposure correction stuff, nor to add metadata to the XMP/IPTC tags. I wanted to get some of them posted soon, as I know some people are looking for these, and I want to keep making forward progress. This set of photos, I picked because I think they're some of the better ones. I've been feeling rather uninterested in photography for the last few months (was going to write a LJ post about that). But I feel like I have my passion back again. I've bought some new photographic gear (used here) for Burning Man. Faerieworlds was basically a photographic dry-run for Burning Man.

Gadzooks. My mistake, the small versions of the woman in _DSC3099_1024x681.jpg and _DSC3094_1024x681.jpg resembled you in emotional distress. Now looking at the larger versions the resemblance disappears almost entirly, and I feel silly. I suppose you could look more like her in 30 years or so, but uh... yeah. My mistake.

Oooh, what a funn looking happening. Reminds me of lightninginabottle sort of but more fairieish.
