Are those areal shots from an ordinary jetliner window? When I take photos like that, they look really washed out, and yours don't. Is that just another awesome thing about your camera or is there a trick to it?
If you're shooting black and white film, you can use a red, or infrared filter to cut out the atmospheric haze (It's mostly Blue and UV light). Or if you're shooting color digital like me, you crank the contrast all the way up. (Which is what I did here.)
Yeah, I've tried playing with the contrast, but the results still aren't that good. Do you do it on the camera or in photo software? If you have time to look, do you think it would it work for this, for example?
