Stuff From March 2008Random assortment of photos from last month. The only things they have in common is that I like them.photo, Mar 2008Julia WolfJulia Wolfimage/jpeg2008
Are those areal shots from an ordinary jetliner window? When I take photos like that, they look really washed out, and yours don't. Is that just another awesome thing about your camera or is there a trick to it?
If you're shooting black and white film, you can use a red, or infrared filter to cut out the atmospheric haze (It's mostly Blue and UV light). Or if you're shooting color digital like me, you crank the contrast all the way up. (Which is what I did here.)
Yeah, I've tried playing with the contrast, but the results still aren't that good. Do you do it on the camera or in photo software? If you have time to look, do you think it would it work for this, for example?

You have a certain familiar look to you, like I know you, but I think it's your hair/style/energy.

I'm so impressed right now, you have no idea. You gots the skillz.
Also, mental note: never, ever, ever talk again while a camera is pointed at me. ever.
